Did not receive the order and very poor response from customer service. When receive a reply, the company state wrong address given by customer. However the address is correct and 3 other suppliers ship to correct address. The address in shopify store given routes direct into KakaClo platform. Sorry but the fact you loose a shipment and don't refund it, is not the problem. Poor response and communication. I'm sure nothing wrong with the goods only poor process that you need to improve.
